I captured these photos while taking pictures in a 300 year old jail in Ireland. It is in a town called Wicklow. Many criminals were sent from the jail to Australia along with their families, because it was thought the whole family were criminals. One bad apple in the bunch got the whole family shipped off.
It was not a place that I felt was very nice. It felt horrible, even though it was one of the few sunny days I had on vacation. I needed a cup of tea after the tour.
The photos below were taken with a digital camera when there was no one around. The only people were below me on the first floor still looking at the bottom cells. The others and most of the group were ahead looking at the exhibit through two doorways. You can see their clothing in the upper right corner through the second doorway. I took the pictures and didn't look at them until I get them off the memory card. I only noticed the shadow figure after I got home and was loading them.
